Not even sure what I’m attempting here... a cross breed between Mac & Cheese and Spaghetti Carbonara? 🤷🏻♀️ Either way, it turned out pretty delish so here’s the recipe if you’re keen on making whatever this is:
Mushrooms:
🍄 Shiitake Mushrooms (sliced)
🍄 Olive Oil
🍄 Paprika
🍄 Cayenne Pepper
🍄 Mixed Herbs
🍄 Salt & Pepper
(Toaster oven for 10 minutes)
Sauce:
🥣 2 Full Eggs
🥣 2 Egg Yolks
🥣 Unsweetened Almond Milk
🥣 4 Spoons of Nutritional yeast
🥣 Garlic Powder (to taste)
🥣 Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Then:
🍲 Macaroni (or whatever pasta of yours choice)
🍲 Add Sauce (low low low heat)
🍲 Add Toasted Mushrooms
🌿 Garnish with Black Pepper & Parsley
